regulatory compliance risks.As we prepare to launch our product,
we're hiring our first Sales Engineer to bridge technical expertise
and enterprise sales, working closely with prospects, customers,
and internal teams to drive adoption.Why This Role
MattersAI-generated content is transforming industries, but it also
introduces new data security risks that traditional tools cannot
address. CISOs and their teams struggle to enforce policies on
unstructured data, prevent information leakage, and secure
AI-driven business processes.As our first Sales Engineer, you will
be the first technical face of our company, helping customers
understand and deploy our cutting-edge solution that solves these
emerging challenges. You will be instrumental in shaping our
go-to-market strategy and demonstrating the technical value of our
platform to CISOs, IT leaders, and compliance teams.What You'll
Do
- Be the technical expert in customer engagements, demonstrating
how our AI-driven security platform solves real-world data security
challenges.
- Engage with CISOs, security architects, compliance leaders, and
IT teams to understand pain points and map our solution to their
needs.
- Lead technical pre-sales activities, including product demos,
proof of concepts (POCs), and technical workshops.
- Guide prospects through deployment and integration, ensuring a
seamless adoption process.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams, providing
customer feedback to shape product roadmap decisions.
- Support marketing efforts by developing technical sales
collateral such as whitepapers, solution briefs, and FAQs.
- Work closely with sales leadership to refine messaging,
positioning, and go-to-market strategies for enterprise buyers.What
We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions
Architect, or Pre-Sales Consultant in cybersecurity, preferably in
the data security market.
- Deep understanding of enterprise data security solutions,
including DLP, DSPM, data classification, and compliance frameworks
(NIST CSF, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
- Technical proficiency in enterprise integrations (Microsoft
365, Google Workspace, IaaS, SaaS, IAM, SIEM, etc.).
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts in a way that
resonates with security and compliance leaders.
- Startup mindset - comfortable in a fast-paced environment,
wearing multiple hats, and shaping company strategy.
- Experience with AI/ML-driven security solutions is a plus.Team
