Reputable Architectural Firm seeks a MULTI-FAMILY Project Architect!

The Project Architect will be responsible for leading and directing multi-family housing project teams in all aspects by overseeing and managing the activities of the project including client and contract requirements, project planning, and project budgets and schedules. Manages overall project schedule and develops, coordinates and manages short-term schedules and tasks with the project team.

The Project Architect will coordinate workloads with assigned project teams through all phases of project development from pre-design services through completion of construction administration, in accordance with established schedules. Monitors staffing needs and coordinates with client?s staff and their internal customers, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.

Monitors and reviews work to ensure that the design and production documents meet all code specifications, in-house budget, and client construction budget requirements. Coordinates project activities with activities of government regulatory or other agencies. Responsible for project reports, weekly budget review with team, and for completion of all documentation of projects. Serves as the client account representative to manage the client relationship as well as specific client expectations and satisfaction around individual projects. Ensures compliance with the contract terms and conditions. Reviews and assesses the need for additional services where required.

Mentors the support team assigned to the project and contributes to building a positive and effective team environment that supports individual and group efforts to succeed.
