Job Description: Support operational efficiency and cultural initiatives for the Mountain View and San Francisco, California region. This involves cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Workplace, Events, Onboarding, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination within the workplace.


Responsibilities:

Space and move planning, improvement, and execution in collaboration with Workplace teams.
New starter onboarding and office tours, including Executive onsite onboarding program.
Building access approvals.
Site governance coordination, planning, and input.
Events management and delivery in collaboration with the Events team.
External collaboration planning and delivery.
Visitors experience support.
Local process delivery and improvement.


Experience:

2+ years in any of the following: Project Management, Facilities Management, Events or Hospitality.
Proven ability to design and implement executive onboarding and new hire orientation programs that ensure a smooth integration for new employees.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding and orientation projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring quality delivery.
Experience with working across multiple offices and countries.
Experience working with large multinational organisation is a plus.
Cross-functional work experience coordinating work across different domains and/or departments is a plus.


Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
