Job Description:
A company is looking for an Application Help Desk (Support
Specialist) to assist customers with technical issues related to
radiology software.
Key Responsibilities
Provide product and service information and troubleshoot technical
issues for customers
Manage incoming support calls and document customer interactions in
the ticketing system
Collaborate with team members to analyze and resolve complex
incidents and requests
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of Application Help Desk experience
Healthcare experience with knowledge of radiology workflows and
related systems
Strong knowledge of clinical informatics and data management
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration,
Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Experience with high-volume support in healthcare systems
