Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employer Services Specialist to
support growth and retention of members in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one-contact resolution to escalated employer, consultant,
and broker concerns
Analyze patterns and trends regarding employer, consultant, and
broker issues
Document issues and maintain updated status in the system of
record
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of six years of experience in a health care, health
insurance, or sales and marketing environment
Basic working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, and
Teams
Ability to research and resolve complex issues independently
Strong organizational skills
