infrastructures. The O&I group offers an exciting opportunity
to work on latest technologies where the industry is going through
major innovations such as cloud computing.The Middleware
Engineering & Operations provides end-to-end design, build and
support services for the Web and Middle-tier platforms, which comes
under PaaS (Platform as a Service). Selected candidate would work
alongside other Middleware Systems engineers and technical team
members, to design, build, support, and enhance internal and
external facing platform built on top of various Middleware and
Integration platforms.We are looking for an innovative, capable
Senior Systems Engineer / DevOps working with the Middleware
Engineering team is part of the Global Service Engineering and is
responsible for common middleware and integration infrastructure
that supports communication between multiple enterprise
applications and multiple business lines. -This role will be
responsible for development, configuration, problem analysis,
deployment, and continuous operational improvement of middleware
technologies used at Visa. -The responsibility includes working
with Global systems, Global Operations, Cybersource, Authorize.Net
and external Integration partners in implementing solutions via
current or proposed middleware technologies. -Applicant should also
have an excellent foundational knowledge of web/App tier
(Tomcat/JAVA/Httpd, etc.) and be comfortable implementing Security
(SSL/PKI), compliance industry standards, Understanding of Micro
Container technology and best practices. -QualificationsBasic
Qualifications--- 2 or more years of work experience with a
Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD,
or PhD)Preferred Qualifications--- 3 or more years of work
experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work
experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)---
Understanding working knowledge on web & App tier technology
products not limited to Tomcat, Apache Proxy, Nginx, Messaging
technology platforms IBMMQ, Kafka and related products--- Good
understating of security technologies, SSL/TLS and PKI, OpenSSL,
SSH--- Scripting capabilities with one or more of the following:
Python, Ruby, bash--- Experience with troubleshooting production
issues and problem solving--- Good understanding of UNIX/Linux,
Databases, networking and Storage technologies, Load balancer,
Firewall, SAN, DNS & LDAP--- Basic knowledge of Micro Container
technologies (Docker/Kubernetes/Openshift) and programming in Java,
J2EE--- Familiar with configuration management tools like Chef or
Ansible, DevOps tools- Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipeline, monitoring
tools Prometheus, Grafana.--- Should be able to be coordinating
with teams spread across globally with occasional provide 24x7
support--- Knowledge of Fraud Management, Payment, and/or Credit
