Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Patient Account Specialist
responsible for managing patient account receivables and billing
customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the billing customer service call center and manage patient
inquiries
Establish and maintain high levels of customer service while
collaborating with various departments
Implement audits and training for team members and manage vendor
relations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree
preferred
5 years of healthcare experience required; 3 years of management
experience required
CPAR - Certified Patient Account Representative preferred
Strong knowledge of the Accounts Receivable process
Experience with practice management systems, preferably Epic or
eClinicalWorks
