We're Hiring for a Micro Transit Road Supervisor in Redwood City, CA!Transdev is proud to offer:

• $33.00 - $35.00 per hour

  • Supervises all vehicle operators to ensure proper scheduling of runs and efficient staffing of every route.
  • Provides leadership to build and maintain a strong team through effective communication, appraisal, training, and coaching.
  • Performs all vehicle operator safety evaluation ride checks, investigates and responds to situations.
  • Helps resolve operational issues and assists with transit passengers as necessary.
  • Assist and submit monthly reports. Other duties as required.
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • 2 or more years of relevant leadership experience.
  • Commercial Driving License with passenger endorsements.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to read maps, interpret transit operating rules and policies.
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical examination, including a background and a drug test.Physical Requirements:
    • Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
    • Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to manipulate, handle or feel; reach with hands or arms; and talk or hear.
    • Frequently required to sit. Occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel crouch or crawl; and smell.
    • Occasionally required to lift up to 25 pounds.
    • 75% of the workday is spent outdoors monitoring service on routes, transit facilities, and company locations. Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold and in a damp environment with moderate noise.
