Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Enablement Manager to lead
the enablement strategy and execution for technical product
releases and training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver technical training programs for internal teams
on new product releases
Translate complex technical features into clear business value
propositions for sales teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create training
materials and measure the impact of enablement initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
5-7 years of experience in Technical Enablement, Product
Enablement, or related fields
Proven experience training technical teams on complex product
features and integrations
Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate technical
concepts to diverse audiences
Understanding of the Martech/Adtech ecosystem and relevant
technologies
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
