Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Technical Support
Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Log and classify all calls and requests for assistance in the call
tracking database
Respond to customer inquiries related to technical issues with
software and electronic products
Track inquiry resolution progress and proactively update customers
on status or resolution
Required Qualifications and Education:
Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience
Call center experience preferred
Basic hardware and software troubleshooting skills
Ability to actively listen and comprehend complex technical
issues
Ability to think critically
