Vitality Bowls, you will be responsible for the overall shift-level
operations including growing sales, operational excellence and

- Strong communications skill needed to properly communicate with
owner, team, and customers
- Recognize outstanding work performance within your team while
providing necessary constructive feedback to employees and
communicate to owner.
- Lead the team on daily operations, ensuring food is made
accurately and in a timely manner.
- Display a thorough knowledge of our recipes and communicate
effectively with team and customers
- Have excellent customer service
- Assist dissatisfied customers and ensure all customers are
leaving happy.
- Manage inventory levels daily, assist in performing operational
procedures such as inventory counts, placing orders, and accepting
deliveries.
- Manage cash out/closing log.
- Manage and anticipate hiring needs, including onboarding,
interviewing, promoting, and terminating Team Members, Shift
Leaders, and Assistant Manager.
- Build out weekly schedules, collect/maintain team availability,
and ensure all shifts are covered.
- Communicate with owner on store needs and updates.Store Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year supervisor experience.
- Available to work day shifts
- Become food safety certified.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, occasionally
lift heavy boxes, move quickly, and have a sense of urgency.
- Must be able to have experience with POS system and handling
cash and credit cards
- Follow health, sanitary, and safety requirements
- Leadership abilities and management experience a
mustCompensation: $24.00 - $26.00 per hourVitality Bowls

a--a-- berry topped with organic granola and a selection of
superfood ingredients. Additional antioxidant-rich menu items
include smoothies, juices, salads and more. No ingredient fillers
