- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing,
consulting, media, or other customer-facing roles.Preferred
qualifications:
- Experience working with customers and building relationships
with A/B and executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience managing customer objections and providing strategic
recommendations.
- Experience analyzing data to draw meaningful conclusions.
- Experience in mobile, apps, and digital advertising.
- Experience meeting or exceeding business goals.

support businesses to grow through insightful data, partnerships,
and realization of their goals at scale.As a Senior Growth Manager,
you will be part of a team dedicated to helping mobile-first
companies grow their business using Google products and services.
You will advise customers on marketing strategies utilizing
Google's marketing products to help them achieve their business
goals.Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted
advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on
customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small-
and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our

fun doing it.The US base salary range for this full-time position
is $101,000-$147,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges
are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on
each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries
for the position across all US locations. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant

process.Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with existing clients and develop an
understanding of business objectives, goals, and challenges.
- Identify and pursue opportunities in a book of business,
prioritize accounts, manage objections, and evaluate campaign
effectiveness.
- Consult with clients to achieve national and international
marketing goals, and utilize Google's marketing solutions suite,
specifically app advertising.
- Provide outstanding service to clients and design app marketing
solutions for clients to drive long-term success.Google is proud to
