About Us
We are building the next-generation Automation AI platform to automate repetitive processes. It provides a unique "observe, learn, and automate" end-to-end experience powered by an actions-based foundation model. Our product observes a user's activities, identifies repetitive work steps, and generates the suggestions that ultimately automate these tasks. Moreover, we work behind the scenes to continuously learn from human feedback, becoming smarter with no coding involved.
The two founders have unparalleled domain knowledge and AI expertise - one led AI product and business development teams at UiPath (enterprise automation leader) from early stage through IPO and the other led the engineering teams at Google building successful enterprise AI products over the last decade. Throughout beta development, we have partnered with some of the world's largest organizations to deploy the product and save users valuable time. They also hired world-class engineering, research, and design talent from Google, Microsoft, Meta, and Stanford who have extensive experience building cutting-edge technologies. We recently raised a Series A round from top VCs with a strong track record of backing category-defining companies.
Product Manager
You will be working on a category-defining product - AI Automation will be a cornerstone in every enterprise in the world. Humans should not do soul-crushing repetitive and tedious work! It is the perfect time to build as the foundation model technology is at the tipping point to take automation to the next stage. Responsibilities

• 
  
• Collaborate with our founders to crystallize the product vision and construct a robust product strategy.
  
• Clearly outline the value proposition, pinpoint customer segments and personas, address pain points, and orchestrate pricing and GTM strategies.
  
• Develop an articulate product roadmap, laying out requirements, user stories, and meticulous product specifications for this nascent product category.
  
• Develop and implement product growth strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, retention.

    Minimum Qualifications
    
    • 
      
    • A minimum of 5 years in product management.
      
    • Demonstrated success in researching and scoping our market trends, and use cases.
      
    • Experience focusing on market discovery and business operations.
      
    • Experience in consulting.
      
    • You have an MBA.
      
    • Experience working in a startup environment.
      
    • Need someone business focused and strategic.
      
    • Stellar written and oral communication skills, with an ability to connect seamlessly with customers and highly technical teams.
      
      Preferred Qualifications
      
      • 
        
      • AI/ML product experience.
        
      • Enterprise software product experience.
        
      • Strong interest in AI and experience with AI tools as a user.
        
      • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
        
      • Bonus points for prior exposure to workflow automation or pure-play AI products.
        
        Compensation: $140-240k base + equity + cash bonus
