to join the team and help us shape the future of smart home.Job
Responsibilities:
- Develop and establish strategy for increasing the subscriber
acquisition rate.
- Deep dive into end-to-end customer journeys and identify
opportunities to simplify customer experiences and drive
growth.
- Establish a testing bed, running multiple tests to identify
drivers to subscriber conversion, remove friction points, and
improve the overall user experience.
- Perform analysis and mapping of purchase flows identifying
opportunities for improvement.
- Apply a mobile first approach to account management and paths
to subscribe.
- Customize and personalize marketing and conversion journeys to
maximize subscriber conversion and engagement.
- Identify and create segmentations for specific targeting of
marketing communications.
- Drive end-to-end cross functional initiatives to deliver
subscriber growth.Experience and Attributes:
- 5+ years of experience in acquisition/growth marketing, product
lead growth preferably in the mobile app industry, with a track
record of managing successful acquisition campaigns.
- Expertise in growth marketing or user acquisition with focus on
optimizing acquisition funnel.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to
drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the
ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
environment.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a passion for
driving user growth and engagement in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment.
- Self-starter, data driven individual comfortable working with
large quantities of data across multiple systems, motivated to
influence change and make improvements.
- Experience with GA4 or other Marketing and Product Analytics
tools along with experience with VWO or other A/B Testing
platforms.The pay range for this position reflects the minimum and
maximum target for new hire salaries at commencement of employment
and is expected to be between $91,000 - 143,000/year, plus equity.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors,
