Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Release Management and
Software Quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute release strategies and quality initiatives
Manage critical releases and conduct quality reviews and audits
Lead a team of release managers and quality assurance engineers
Qualifications and Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering,
or related field
8+ years of experience in software development, release management,
or quality assurance
3+ years of leadership experience managing release or quality
teams
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
frameworks
In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development
lifecycle (SDLC)
