Patreon is a media and community platform where creators give
their biggest fans access to exclusive work and experiences. Over
300k creators are cultivating fandoms and building their businesses
each month. Creators can offer free memberships to fans looking to
explore more of their work, paid memberships to give access to
exclusive media and community, or sell directly to fans with
Shops.Ultimately our goal is simple: fund the creative class. And

- 8B+ earned since Patreon's inception
- 30M free new memberships in the first year of launching that
option, and
- 10M fans paying each month for exclusive access to creators'
work and community.We're continuing to invest heavily in building
the best creator products with the best team in the creator economy
and are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our
mission.This role is based in San Francisco and open to those who
are able to be in-office 2 days per week on a hybrid work
model.About the Role:
- As a member of the Office of the CEO, you will provide support
to the CEO & Co-Founder and work closely with the Chief of
Staff.
- Proactive management of complex calendars, maintaining and
adjusting business rhythms as needed.
- Maintain the CEO's inbox, draft correspondence.
- Work with the Chief of Staff to procure or create meeting
agendas and presentations.
- Attend meetings, take notes, track action items and
deliverables.
- Coordinate offsites and events for the Executive Team.
- Celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and new family member
arrivals of Executive Team members.
- Coordinate all of the CEO's business travel and some personal
travel.
- Maintain, organize, and code receipts, expenses, and
reimbursements.About You:
- 7+ years EA experience supporting C-level executives in startup
or high-growth environments.
- Extremely organized and detail oriented.
- Exercises sound judgment, confidentiality and
professionalism.
- Moves quickly without sacrificing efficiency or
effectiveness.
- Prioritizes shifting demands with a high degree of accuracy and
consistent follow up.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to:
- work autonomously.
- problem solve.
- think five steps ahead.
- create and maintain structure and processes.
- Advanced knowledge of business-related tools including (but not
limited to) Google Suite, Slack, Notion.Projects you may work on:
- Coordinating activities, logistics and agendas for exec team
offsites.
- Meeting coordination during company planning, annual
reviews.
- Supporting monthly All Hands efforts.
