Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Compliance to lead
compliance operations with a focus on surplus lines filings and
carrier and producer appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee surplus lines servicing team and ensure timely and accurate
filings
Collaborate with field offices and legal management to maintain
compliance standards
Manage carrier appointment functions and ensure accurate
organizational structure representation
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of management experience in wholesale brokerage,
particularly with surplus lines and carrier appointments
Deep understanding of insurance compliance matters
Experience working across organizational lines
Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and
industry-related software
