Job Description:
A company is looking for an Instructional Design Program Manager
to design and deliver interactive training courses for educators
and administrators.
Key Responsibilities
Develop interactive training content for onboarding and advanced
product use
Create tailored training programs to meet the specific needs of
schools and districts
Host webinars and training sessions to empower educators in
utilizing the platform effectively
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in instructional design or customer
education, preferably in the EdTech sector
Proven track record of creating engaging training content across
multiple formats
Hands-on experience working cross-functionally to develop
educational resources
Experience in leading educational sessions and webinars
Familiarity with K-12 education systems and challenges
