Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager to lead a team
of billing specialists in optimizing billing processes across
various practices.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with finance and clinical teams to resolve billing
issues and discrepancies
Establish and optimize billing processes for new partners and
manage denial processes
Create tools and playbooks for efficient billing and reimbursement
practices
Required Qualifications
Certified biller and coder with primary care expertise
Deep understanding of EMR systems' billing functionality and claim
submission
In-depth knowledge of medical billing protocols and terminology
Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer
billing
Familiarity with medical billing and coding software
