Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Portfolio Analytics & Strategy, Commercialization Portfolio Management Office.



Key Responsibilities:

Support R&D portfolio management and investment decision processes through analysis of cost, risk, time, and value
Facilitate decision-making for Portfolio Governance by conducting portfolio analysis and assessing risk and opportunities
Contribute to the development of pipeline strategy and provide business insights for executive leadership


Qualifications, Training, and Education:

Doctorate degree and 2 years of related experience, or Master's degree and 4 years, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years, or Associate's degree and 10 years, or High school diploma/GED and 12 years of related experience
5+ years in Biotech/Pharma or Management Consulting with experience in R&D portfolio management or strategic planning
Advanced degree in business or medicine/science preferred
Strong understanding of drug development and commercialization
Basic understanding of decision analysis and probabilistic modeling
