Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director to join their
Value and Risk Advisory team.
Key Responsibilities
Complete commercial real estate valuation and consulting
assignments with minimal oversight
Coach and mentor analysts and senior analysts while managing
project assignments
Conduct property inspections and assist team members during
inspections
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
State certified general appraiser license
Participation in JLLU for career path alignment and skill
development
Mastery of Argus competency for those pursuing institutional
work
Completion of all Senior Analyst skillset requirements
Ability to pull temporary practice permits as required
