Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineering
Manager to join their Core Machine Learning team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, including data
collection, model development, and deployment
Research and implement advanced machine learning techniques to
enhance model performance and scalability
Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation and
collaboration
Required Qualifications
Master's or PhD in a quantitative subject (Computer Science,
Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or relevant work
experience)
5+ years of experience managing machine learning engineering teams
running core services at scale
Experience building and scaling machine learning models in business
applications using large datasets
Ability to focus on business practicality and the 80/20 rule
Agile development mindset with an appreciation for constant
iteration and improvement
