Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Onboarding Manager to
oversee post-sales customer relationships and ensure successful
product implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide new customers from contract signing through onboarding to
successful product utilization
Project manage the implementation, deployment, and optimization of
products while coordinating internal resources
Develop and iterate customer onboarding strategies to minimize
onboarding time and post-launch delays
Required Qualifications:
5 or more years of experience in an implementation or onboarding
manager role, preferably in cloud-based SaaS environments
Proven experience managing customers through challenging
situations
Excellent project management skills and familiarity with modern
practices
Knowledgeable in APIs and customer education/training
Experience with productivity and CRM tools like Jira, Confluence,
and Salesforce
