Job Description:
Responsible for managing customer relations, program execution
from product/process development through transition to production,
P&L performance, and cross-functional team alignment with
customer objectives.The Director Program Management is the primary
interface between the company and its customers. This position is
responsible from bid/proposal through product/process development
and transition to production.The Director Program Management will
work with functional leadership on strategic decisions related to
manufacturing plans including make buy/where decisions,
technical/producibility trades, and cost reduction initiatives.It
is imperative the Director Program Management has a comprehensive
understanding of operational capabilities, quality, and customer
requirements.
