Leads and directs one or more project teams in the professional
services arena. Prepares project execution plan and coordinates
activities between client and company personnel. Monitors project
completion from initiation through delivery to meet revenue and
cost projections. Oversees performance of projects or engagements
and typically utilizes management skills more than technical
skills. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project
team(s).
Working under an Operations Program Manager and with manufacturing
operations functional management, you will be part of the team
responsible for execution of the manufacturing scope of a
multimillion dollar naval propulsion and power generation program.
In this role, you will help guide and lead the manufacturing team
by ensuring manufacturing issues and road blocks are resolved
quickly, and that the manufacturing program(s) perform on time and
on budget. You will be a key point of contact within manufacturing
for the program.

Salary Range: $133,000 - $199,600
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however,
Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining
base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the
position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and
current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to
base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman
provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage,
life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays
