Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance & Privacy Director to
manage its compliance and privacy program.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute the compliance and privacy program, ensuring
adherence to regulations such as HIPAA and CCPA
Oversee compliance risk identification, monitoring, and auditing,
and chair the Compliance Committee
Conduct investigations related to compliance matters and report
findings to Senior Leadership and the Board of Directors
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in a
compliance-focused role
Extensive experience with HIPAA and state consumer privacy
regulations, particularly in telemedicine or pharmacy sectors
Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC2, HITRUST, and
GDPR
Experience managing risk assessments and audit lifecycles with
third parties
Relevant certifications such as CHC, CHPC, or IAPP are a plus
