Key Responsibilities

workforce
Build a high-accountability, performance-driven culture with robust
feedback loops
Required Qualifications
Proven experience leading HR in high-growth organizations with
multi-class workforces
Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and organizational
change management
Experience in building high-performing cultures and talent
development
Data-driven and analytical with the ability to translate insights
into action
At least five years of experience in a senior HR executive
position
