Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Global Partner
Enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive partner enablement strategy
aligned with growth objectives
Drive the creation and delivery of training programs, workshops,
and certifications for partners
Monitor partner performance metrics to identify improvement areas
and optimize enablement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
7 - 10 years of leadership experience in Learning, customer
success, or sales functions
Proven track record of driving organizational growth through people
enablement
Deep understanding of sales and consumption models for enterprise
software technology platforms
Experience inspiring and motivating technical and sales teams in a
high-growth environment
Technical knowledge to understand curriculum and certifications
related to the role
