Battery solutions.
- Track record of product development, program management,
project management or engineering management experience.
- Extreme proactivity and ability to organize teams, thoughts and
actions. Ability to align product management and technology teams
to achievable, ambitious targets.
- Ability to lead technical teams, cross-functional groups, and

team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are
discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with

full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity +
benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and
location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work
location and additional factors, including job-related skills,
experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can

- Partner closely with Battery Cell and Pack Engineers, Supplier
Development and Quality Engineers, System Technical Program
Managers and a broad cross-functional team to manage the
development and validation of the batteries used on Pixel
products.
- Interface with engineers across both Hardware (Product Design,
Electrical Engineering, Charging) and Software (Battery, Charging,
Thermals) teams, to estimate work efforts, define milestones and
manage resources.
- Proactively remove obstacles to drive momentum and progress.
Identify communication gaps, manage issue escalations and provide
support to teams balancing competing priorities.
- Understand technical implementation at the architecture level
and propose technical alternatives when necessary. Clarify
priorities and promote team-wide effectiveness. Develop broad
domain and technical knowledge.
- Establish clear processes to help scale execution, identify
systemic problems and recommend solutions, and clarify roles and
responsibilities for core teams involved in battery and system
