  • Design of RF filters and multiplexers based on XBAR and other technologies for their integration into RF modules.
  • Work closely with the Software Engineering Team to develop the RSN EDA, including commercial circuit analysis and physical modeling tools, as well as custom software packages, for the design and analysis of RF filters.
  • Work with the Technology Engineering team to explore new technologies and processes to achieve optimum performance. Contribute to technical strategy discussions, pushing the boundaries of innovation within the RF filter design space.
  • Develop design methodologies and actively evaluate new technologies to maintain a competitive edge in RF filter development.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior designers.
  • Document workflows and create training materials for tool usage and process improvements.
  • Contribute to process optimization and evaluate new design methods.
  • Participate in technical strategy discussions to drive innovation and design improvements.What Is Required (Qualifications)
    • Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in RF or analog design.
    • Strong communication and technical writing skills for documentation.
    • Ability to work well in a small group environment.
    • Willingness to jump in and take on new tasks to support the team.How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
      • Experience with circuit simulators (ADS or AWR).
      • Experience with EM modeling software (HFSS).
      • Experience with drawing programs, schematic capture, and PCB layout tools.
      • Familiarity with RF/Microwave measurements and test equipment (VNA, spectrum analyzer).
      • Familiarity with programming (MATLAB, Python).Travel
        • Domestic travel between California offices is required.
        • Infrequent International travel is strongly desired.Compensation and Benefits
          • Minimum Salary: $110,000
          • Maximum Salary: $220,000
