Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Technical Writer to manage and create various internal and external technical documents. Technical documents could include user manuals, product data sheets, testing protocols, and product descriptions.What you'll do

• Develop and write detailed technical documents that convey complex technical material in a concise and effective manner.
• Review and edit content (Technical proposals, User manuals, Datasheets)
• Work closely with system architects, design engineers, and manufacturing technicians to gain a good understanding of the materials.What you have
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred or a minimum of 2-4 years equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
  • Superior command of the English language including rules and usage.
  • Proficient in using common authoring tools such as Adobe Acrobat, MS Office, Visio, PowerPoint, Keynote, or OmniGraffle.
  • Strong research skills including gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources.
  • Strong attention to detail.Nice-to-haves
    • Experience with optical communication, optical imaging, and depth sensing systems.Salary Range$45-$55 hourlySalary pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, certifications, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges are subject to change in the future.
