Responsibilities:

Lead and contribute to marketing campaign execution across channels, including email, social media, SEO, influencer marketing, and digital advertising.
Develop, edit, and manage high-quality content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials.
Analyze marketing performance data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with sales to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and develop compelling sales enablement materials.
Plan and execute events, including product launches, industry conferences, and webinars.
Maintain and update website content to align with the latest products, announcements, and brand messaging.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities.
Requirements:2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a startup, non-profit, or fast-paced tech environment.
Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns and tools, including Google Analytics, CRM platforms, email marketing, and social media.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic setting.
A curious, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for big ideas.
Availability to work 3 days a week in our Mountain View office, with flexibility during busy periods.



Education:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; strong liberal arts backgrounds with relevant experience also considered.

Salary Range: $85-115K DOE
