Design Officer, leads Logitech's Brand and Creative teams. As Head
of Brand & Creative, you lead Logitech's brand strategy and oversee
the execution of brand and advertising campaigns as you help us

role you will:
- Drive and define a clear corporate brand strategy based on our
strategic goals and ambitions
- Lead and manage our Brand and Creative teams and set the bar
for brand and creative excellence, in line with our creative and
design heritage.
- Collaborate closely with our Creative & Design leaders to
deliver experiences instantly recognizable as distinctly
Logitech.
- Work closely with our Insights team to analyze and disseminate
actionable insights from our brand health tracker.
- Nurture and maintain a close, collaborative partnership with
the marketing leaders in our business groups.Key Qualifications:For
consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and
experiences to our team:
- Are a forward-thinking and visionary creative leader, able to
bring abstract ideas to fruition while meeting business objectives
and brand ambitions.
- Have strong expertise in brand strategy and brand management as
well as what it takes to create a strong iconic brand.
- Have a deep understanding of the stages of creative development
and execution from concepting to final delivery of marketing
assets.
- Have a global mindset and thrive on inclusively leading and
managing teams from different countries and cultures.
- Have 10+ years of experience directly managing brand and
creative teams and related budgets, and working collaboratively
with business stakeholders.
- Practice excellent organizational skills and can manage
multiple projects and competing demands at once.
- Are a strong strategic and critical thinker, able to create
clear, succinct, visually engaging, inspiring communication and
storytelling-whether for executive leadership purposes or the
company at large, in writing or in presentations.
- Have a steady demeanor, strong emotional intelligence, and the
ability to articulate and receive feedback in ways that strengthen
the brand and creative work, and motivate teams.Across Logitech we
