Intuit is looking for a Lead to join the Intuit Finance Business Intelligence Team. This team is responsible for identifying market dynamics and competitive behaviors with a particular emphasis on generating insights on where the biggest growth avenues and risks for the business are. A successful Lead will be a skilled strategic thinker, able to tie and leverage multiple sources of information and synthesize them into a results-oriented strategy, an excellent communicator and storyteller, and have strong financial and business acumen. This person should be a team player with an owner's mindset, eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced and high-expectations environment with significant executive exposure.Responsibilities

• Drive competitive intelligence assessments to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential disruptions relevant to the business.
• Lead and maintain competitive teardowns and historical performance, ensuring there is a clear call to action for the business with limited guidance.
• Understand the multi-year dynamics of each of the businesses in the portfolio, with an emphasis on determining our growth potential in each business.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance, monitor progress towards strategic goals, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the organization and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights for the business.Minimum Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience, including at least 3 years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or investment banking.
  • Ability to quickly synthesize qualitative and quantitative market information, structure a concise and clear presentation of findings, and articulate recommendations to an executive audience.
  • Analytical orientation, creativity in problem solving, and keen business judgment.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and deep desire to learn.
  • Self-motivation and willingness to proactively pursue a deeper understanding of our business.
